Act on Promotion of Information Network Usage and Information Protection, Article 50 (prohibition of unauthorized collection of e-mail address, etc.)
No e-mail address should be collected by using any other technical device that automatically collects e-mail addresses from the Internet homepage that specifies a physician who refuses to collect e-mail addresses.
No one shall sell or distribute e-mail addresses collected in violation of paragraph 1.
Anyone who considers this email address to be prohibited from collecting, selling and distributing under the provisions of paragraphs 1 and 2 shall not use it to transmit information.
