Avatec Co., Ltd. has established the following safety and health management policies to ensure the life and safety of its workers, aiming to comply with and continuously maintain and develop them.

Complies with safety and health laws and international agreements, establishes internal standards, and prioritizes and practices safety and health.

Achieves a no-accident workplace through the spread and establishment of a safety culture.

Establishes and practices specific safety and health objectives and detailed goals to achieve the safety and health policy.

Conducts safety and health evaluations in management activities and through audits and management reviews, strives to establish a safety and health management system by continuously innovating.

Avatec Co., Ltd. operates by establishing the following objectives to understand and achieve the safety and health policy.
- Realizes a no-accident workplace through the spread and establishment of a safety culture.
- Prioritizes safety and health in production activities and strictly complies with relevant laws and regulations.
- Identifies risks in advance to create a safe and comfortable work environment and eliminates the association with accidents.
- Prevents and protects occupational diseases through worker health examinations and improves the work environment to prevent musculoskeletal disorders and improve the health of all employees.
- Continuously conducts education and training to enhance safety awareness and for safety and health management.

Management system
Avatec Co., Ltd. is striving to prevent safety accidents and minimize damages based on the Industrial Safety and Health Act and the Serious Accident Punishment Act. Additionally, it endeavors to maintain a continuous management system by identifying risk factors to protect worker safety and health, improving/removing these factors, and establishing and implementing control measures.
